On the 2st of May Professor Marcelo Rezende and Professor Cristiano Dantas conduct a seminar in Perth WA. Check it out a picture from the seminar.

Last saturday 09 of may we had a very good condition class with Professor Guga. It was beautifull day, we all had a great time. After the conditioning class, we came back to the school to have 30 minutes sparring.Check some pictures of the conditioning class, group picture in our school and a video of our training session.

The state titles will be held on 17th May at University of Sydney Sports & Aquatic Centre.
For this event, there will be Online Registration and entry form and waiver to be sent to NSW BJJ federation by 13 of May.

This saturday 9th of may,we will meet at the school @ 11am for our condition class at the KEIRLE PARK (pittwater rd – manly / opposite Eurobin Av)    at 11:15am and then train at the school from 12:15pm to 1:00pm.

MON/WED/FRI
Kids aged from 5 to 7 – 4:00 to 4:45
Kids aged from 8 to 12- 4:45 to 5:30
