Our Christmas Break is going to be from the 24th Dec to 3rd of Jan so we hope to see you all at training this week and if not have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2012

A BIG Congratulatons to the new Professor Nathan Black & Professor Marcio Lemos on recieving the BLACK BELT we all know that it has been earned with blood, sweat, & tears. Also Congratulations to Miter on recieving his Brown belt & Antonio on recieving the Purple Belt well done guy’s.

On Tuesday the 13th of December we are going to have a special self defence class just for women, so if you have a sister or mum who would like to come along and learn some very useful self defence skills then THEN DONT MISS THIS CLASS!!!
